Consistent Listings is a done-for-you YouTube Ads and Appointment Setting system built by three co-founders who still run listing campaigns every day. We have worked with 150+ agents across every market we run in in the US and Canada, backed by a 100-day guarantee: a signed listing or a full refund. The team behind it includes an operations lead, an outbound lead and a sales trainer, not a marketing agency's account managers.
- Consistent Listings has run the YouTube listings system for 150+ agents across every market we run in in four years.
- Three co-founders run operations, outbound and ISA sales training, and each still works inside client accounts.
- We cap how many agents we take in any one area, so clients never compete with each other.
- Every lead is called by a US-based ISA team, never by the agent's own staff or an offshore call centre.
- the YouTube Listings Call is a straight conversation; we say no to agents we do not think we can help.
How Consistent Listings started
Consistent Listings started because agents kept buying the same portal leads as three to five competitors and calling it lead generation. A shared lead does not know the agent calling it, so every call starts from zero trust and ends in a rate war on speed, not skill.
The fix was to reverse the order: let the homeowner watch the agent first, on YouTube, while they are still researching whether to sell, and only then have a real conversation. YouTube's targeting allows zip code, household income bracket and search-intent targeting that Facebook and Google Search restrict under their housing policies, which is why the seller side of the system runs there.
We have now run the system for 150+ agents across every market we run in in the US and Canada over four years, and the shape has not changed: one recorded video, exclusive zip codes, and a US-based team that calls every lead.
The ISA team behind every appointment
Appointment Setting, our US-based ISA team, is the part of the system most agents never see and most rely on. The team trains 2 to 3 hours daily on seller conversations and spends 40+ hours a week talking to homeowners, which is why speed to lead averages 48 seconds.
An ISA is not a licensed agent and does not give the homeowner advice about price or contract terms. The job is to call fast, run an 10-point qualification, and only book the appointment when the homeowner can actually sign. That discipline is why 95% of booked appointments show up, and why about across the client base.
When a lead does not qualify yet, it stays in nurture instead of landing on your calendar as a wasted drive. You only get told about the ones worth your time.
Co-founders
Olly Dodd, Co-founder, Operations and Product
Olly Dodd runs operations and product at Consistent Listings: the client systems, the ISA process and the tooling behind every campaign. He is the person who builds the internal playbooks the ISA team calls from and keeps the qualification standard consistent across every market. See Olly Dodd's author page.
Harry Simmons, Co-founder, Outbound and Systems
Harry Simmons runs outbound and systems: the dialler, the outreach and most of the YouTube Listings Calls with agents considering the program. He is usually the first person an agent talks to before they ever see a script or a targeting map. See Harry Simmons's author page.
Ryan Calcutteea, Co-founder
Ryan Calcutteea runs the weekly ISA sales training, sets up new client accounts and works directly with agents through their first 100 days. He is the one agents hear from when a campaign needs adjusting mid-flight. See Ryan Calcutteea's author page.
Consistent Listings by the numbers
A one-sentence summary before the numbers: everything below is a stat we publish and stand behind, not a projection.
| Metric | Number |
|---|---|
| Agents served | 150+ |
| Years running the system | 4 |
| Average speed to lead | 48 seconds |
| Trustpilot rating | 4.7 out of 5 from 43 reviews |
These numbers describe the system as it runs today. For what individual agents got from it, see client results from other agents and the real estate agent case studies.
How we decide who we take
We cap how many agents we take in any one area, sized on a population of roughly 250,000 to 750,000, so one agent can own a market instead of competing with another client. That means most YouTube Listings Calls end one of two ways: your area is open and we map your first 100 days, or it is not and we tell you straight.
We also turn down agents who are not a fit even when the area is open. If you will not appear on camera or in an AI Clone, cannot show up to 2 to 3 in-person appointments a month, or only want buyer volume, the system will not work the way it is built to. Saying so on the call costs us a sale and saves you a bad 100 days.
We are an open book
Bring any question to the YouTube Listings Call and we answer it straight, including the one Trustpilot review from an agent who got a high volume of low-quality leads and one difficult listing. Qualification is the ISA team's job, not every lead becomes an appointment, and the guarantee is about signed listings, not lead counts.
If we do not think we can get you results, we say so and cut the call short. You can book your YouTube Listings Call when you are ready to find out, or contact Consistent Listings with a question first.
Questions, answered
Who owns and runs Consistent Listings?
Consistent Listings is run by three co-founders: Olly Dodd on operations and product, Harry Simmons on outbound and systems, and Ryan Calcutteea, who runs ISA sales training and works directly with new clients. All three still work inside the system daily rather than managing it from a distance, which is unusual once a company reaches 120+ clients.
Does Consistent Listings work with agents outside the US?
Consistent Listings works with residential agents in the US and Canada. Canadian campaigns run in CAD, and the ISA team calls Canadian phone numbers directly rather than routing them through a separate process. Markets outside the US and Canada are not currently supported.
How many agents does Consistent Listings take per market?
One agent per market, sized on a population of roughly 250,000 to 750,000, so clients never bid against each other for the same zip codes. We cap enrolment in any one area for this reason, and the YouTube Listings Call is where you find out whether your market is still open.
What happens if Consistent Listings does not think it can help me?
We say so on the YouTube Listings Call and cut it short rather than sign an agent who is unlikely to get results. That has meant turning down agents with no closings yet, agents who only want buyer volume, and agents who will not appear on camera or in an AI Clone. The guarantee only works if the fit is right going in.
