Consistent Listings collects only the information needed to run YouTube Ads and Appointment Setting for real estate agents: agent account details, homeowner lead details captured on ad landing pages, and call notes from the 10-point qualification our ISA team runs on every lead. We never sell this information, and every lead stays exclusive to the one agent whose ad produced it.
- We collect agent account data and homeowner lead data, never more than the campaign needs.
- Leads generated through your YouTube Ads campaign are never shared with another agent.
- We do not sell personal information to third parties.
- Call recordings exist for ISA quality and training, and are retained on a fixed schedule.
- You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us directly.
What information we collect
Consistent Listings runs a done-for-you YouTube Ads and Appointment Setting system for residential real estate agents in the US and Canada, and we collect information from two groups: agents who use the service, and homeowners who respond to an agent's ads.
From agents, we collect the information needed to set up and run a campaign: name, email, phone number, brokerage details, billing information, the zip codes and price points a campaign targets, and the video you record for your ads. From homeowners, we collect what a landing page form asks for, typically name, phone number, email and the address or area of the property they are asking about, plus anything they tell our ISA team on a qualifying call.
We also collect standard website analytics: pages viewed, referring source and device type, used to see which pages and campaigns are working.
How we use it
Agent information is used to build, launch and report on your YouTube Ads service for real estate agents campaign, to bill for the program, and to contact you about your account and your appointments.
Homeowner information is used for one purpose: to have Appointment Setting, our US-based ISA team, call the homeowner within minutes, run an 10-point qualification, and book a confirmed appointment on the agent's calendar if the lead is a genuine fit. Notes from that call, including motivation, timeline and situation, are passed to the agent before the appointment so the agent walks in prepared.
We do not use homeowner information for any purpose outside the campaign that generated it, and we do not build marketing lists from homeowner data for our own use.
Who we share information with
A homeowner's information is shared with exactly one agent: the one whose ad the homeowner responded to. It is never shared with another agent, never resold to a third party, and never placed back into a shared lead pool. That exclusivity is part of the offer described on our how it works page.
We share information with a small number of service providers who help us run the system: the video hosting and ad platform (Google, for YouTube Ads), the calling and calendar software our ISA team uses, email and SMS delivery tools, and payment processing for agent billing. Each of these providers only receives the information needed to perform its function, and none of them may use it for their own marketing.
We may disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Consistent Listings, our agents or the public.
Call recording and ISA notes
Calls made by our ISA team are typically recorded for training and quality purposes, and homeowners are informed of this in the compliance disclosures our calling software runs at the start of the call where required by state or provincial law.
Recordings and the qualifying notes our team takes are stored on the calling platform and are only reviewed by ISA managers, trainers and the agent whose lead the call relates to. We retain call recordings on a fixed schedule tied to the length of a typical listing cycle, then delete them, unless a longer retention period is required for a dispute or a legal obligation.
Cookies and website data
Our website and landing pages use cookies and similar technology to measure which ad and which page produced a lead, and to let the Google Ads platform report on campaign performance. This is standard advertising measurement, not a profile built about an individual beyond the campaign they interacted with.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may stop landing page forms and ad measurement from working correctly, but it will not stop you from calling or emailing us directly.
Data retention and security
We keep agent account and billing information for as long as the agent's account is active, plus a standard retention period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. We keep homeowner lead information for as long as needed to run the campaign and honor the 100-day guarantee tied to it, then delete or anonymize it on a fixed schedule.
We use commercially reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including access controls and encrypted storage, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat lead and agent data as sensitive by default.
Your rights and choices
If you are a homeowner who was contacted through an agent's campaign, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through our contact page. If you no longer want to be contacted about a listing appointment, tell the ISA team on the call or reply to any message we send, and we will stop.
If you are an agent, you can request an export or deletion of your account data the same way, subject to what we are required to retain for billing, tax or dispute purposes. California, Virginia and other state privacy laws, and Canada's PIPEDA, give residents specific rights over their personal information; we honor requests under the law that applies to you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, our vendors or the law change. When we make a material change, we will update the date on this page and, where required, notify active agents directly. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Questions about this policy, or about a specific piece of information we hold, go to our contact page. Related policies covering the commercial terms of the relationship are in our terms and conditions and our earnings disclaimer.
