Consistent Listings does not promise a specific income, listing count or return for any agent beyond the 100-day guarantee: a signed listing in your first 100 days or a full refund. Results depend on your market, price point, license standing and how you handle the appointments our ISA team books, so any figure on this site is an illustration, not a forecast.
- The only outcome we guarantee is a signed listing in your first 100 days or a full refund.
- GCI (gross commission income) figures on our site are illustrative math, never a promise of what you will earn.
- Past results shown for named agents are individual outcomes, not typical or expected results for every agent.
- Your results depend on your market, price point, license standing and how you work the appointments we book.
- We generate and qualify appointments; closing the listing is a skill the agent still has to bring.
Why this disclaimer exists
Real estate advertising and appointment-setting results vary by market, price point, competition and the individual agent's follow-up and closing skill. Consistent Listings runs the YouTube Ads and Appointment Setting system described on our how it works page, and while the system produces qualified, in-person seller appointments, what you do with those appointments is outside our control.
This page explains what we do and do not promise, separate from the terms and conditions that govern the program itself. Nothing on this site, in a sales conversation or in a YouTube Listings Call should be read as a promise of a specific number of listings, a specific income figure or a specific return on the program fee, outside the 100-day guarantee described below.
What the 100-day guarantee actually covers
The one outcome we guarantee, in full, is described on our guarantee page: a signed listing in your first 100 days, or a full refund. The 100-day clock starts when your ads go live, not the day you enroll, and the guarantee requires that you show up to the qualified appointments our ISA team books.
The guarantee does not extend to a second listing, a specific GCI (gross commission income) figure, or a specific number of appointments. It covers one signed listing inside the 100-day window. Anything beyond that, including the illustrative math on our niche and service pages, is a projection built from typical market figures, not a commitment.
Illustrative math is not a forecast
Pages across this site include tables that turn a price point and a commission structure into a GCI figure, so an agent can see what 2 signed listings might be worth in their own market. Every one of those tables is labeled illustrative or typical, and uses example price points and commission percentages, not your actual numbers.
The listing math changes with your market's price point, your commission split with your brokerage, and how many transactions you close in a given period. Substitute your own numbers before treating any illustrative figure as a target. Our pricing page explains the cost shape of the program the same way: in categories and ranges, not as a promised dollar return.
Individual results are not typical results
Case studies and testimonials on our results page describe specific, named agents' outcomes in their specific markets, at their specific price points, over a specific timeframe. They are accurate accounts of what happened for that agent, not a claim about what every agent should expect.
We do not average, combine or extrapolate results across agents into a headline conversion rate, close rate or return figure, because doing so would misrepresent how differently markets and agents perform. If you see a specific agent's result quoted anywhere on this site, it is quoted exactly as that agent reported it, with their market and timeframe attached.
What is in your control and what is in ours
We control the parts of the system built to generate and qualify demand: the ad, the targeting, the landing page and the ISA qualification call our US-based team runs on every lead. You control the parts that turn an appointment into a signed listing: your pricing strategy, your presentation, your negotiation and your responsiveness to the homeowner.
An agent who treats a booked appointment the way they would any other listing appointment, shows up prepared with the notes we provide, and follows a normal sales process gets the most out of the system. An agent who does not show up, does not follow up, or is not licensed and active in the target area will not see the outcomes described on our site, regardless of lead quality.
No professional or investment advice
Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice about your real estate business. GCI (gross commission income) figures shown in illustrative tables do not account for your brokerage split, taxes, expenses or the time value of the work involved in closing a transaction. Speak with your broker, accountant or attorney about how a signed listing translates into personal income in your situation.
Questions about how these figures are calculated, or about a specific claim on the site, go to our contact page. For the commercial terms of the program itself, see our terms and conditions, and for how we handle your information, see our privacy policy.
