Consistent Listings does not publish a price, because the right number depends on your market and your price points, so we work it out with you on a one-hour call. What we publish instead is the guarantee behind it: most agents sign two to three listings in their first 100 days, and in writing we guarantee at least one or a full refund. We also turn most applicants away, and the fit criteria are on this page.
- We do not publish pricing, because the right number depends on your market and price points.
- Most agents sign two to three listings in their first 100 days. In writing we guarantee at least one, or a full refund.
- We cap how many agents we take in any one area, so your leads are never shared.
- We only take agents we are confident we can get results for, and we say no often.
- You find out the number on a one-hour call, with no deck and no pressure.
Why the price is not on this page
The honest reason is that a single published number would be wrong for most people who read it. What the program costs depends on your market, your price points and how much ad spend it takes to reach homeowners in your zip codes. An agent in a small rural market and an agent working a high-price coastal market are not buying the same thing.
So we work it out with you on the call, in front of you, against your actual numbers. No deck, no pressure, and you leave knowing the figure either way. Book your YouTube Listings Call.
What is behind the price: the 100-day guarantee
Most agents sign two to three listings in their first 100 days. That is our floor across every market we run in, not a best case.
What we put in writing is deliberately lower. If you show up to your in-person appointments and do not sign a single listing in 100 days, you get a full refund. Almost nobody has ever needed it. We would rather promise less and beat it than sell you a number we have to defend later. The full terms are on the guarantee page.
Who we take, and who we turn away
We are not a good fit for everyone, and we say no more often than yes. We work best with agents who already close deals and want listing flow they can plan around.
We take you if: you are an established agent or team leader already closing business, you can show up to in-person appointments in your own market, you are willing to record once on camera for about an hour, and your area still has room. We cap how many agents we take in any one area, so the sellers your ads produce are yours alone.
We turn you down if: your area is already taken, you want leads rather than appointments, you cannot get to in-person appointments, or we look at your market and do not believe we can hit the guarantee. If that is the answer, we tell you on the call and cut it short rather than take your money.
What you are actually buying
Not a lead list. The whole operation behind a listing appointment.
- The scripts, written to your market, and the filming guide.
- The edit and the ad creative, produced from one recording session.
- The Google Ads account, the targeting and the daily optimisation.
- The landing pages built for your area.
- A US-based ISA team that calls every lead in an average of 48 seconds and runs a 10-point qualification.
- The booked appointment in your calendar, with the recording, the transcript and a written brief.
95% of the appointments we book show up. Your two jobs are recording once and showing up. Book your YouTube Listings Call and we will price it against your market.

Questions, answered
How much does Consistent Listings cost?
We do not publish a number, because the right one depends on your market and your price points. We work it out with you on a one-hour call against your actual figures, and you leave knowing it either way. What we will say in advance is what stands behind it: most agents sign two to three listings in their first 100 days, and in writing we guarantee at least one or a full refund.
Why will you not publish your pricing?
A single published figure would be wrong for most people reading it. Reaching homeowners in a small rural market costs a different amount from reaching them in a high-price coastal market, and quoting one number would either overcharge one of you or underdeliver for the other. We would rather price it in front of you on the call.
What happens if it does not work?
You get a full refund. The written guarantee is at least one signed listing inside 100 days, provided you show up to the in-person appointments we book. Almost nobody has ever needed it, partly because we only take agents we are confident we can get results for.
Do you take every agent who applies?
We turn down more applicants than we accept, and we turn down more than we accept. We cap how many agents we take in any one area so leads are never shared, and we say no when we look at a market and do not believe we can hit the guarantee. That conversation happens on the call, and we will cut it short rather than take your money.
Is the ad spend part of the program fee?
Ad spend is billed separately and paid directly to Google, not through Consistent Listings. The program fee covers the script, filming guide, edit, landing page, and campaign build, while the per-booked-appointment fee covers the ISA calling and qualification. Keeping ad spend separate means you always see the real cost of reaching homeowners in your zip codes.
Do I pay for leads or only for booked appointments?
You pay per booked qualified appointment, not per lead. Appointment Setting, our US-based ISA team, calls every lead within minutes and only books the ones it is confident in, so a lead that never answers or does not qualify does not generate a fee. That structure ties the cost to appointments that actually reach your calendar.
What happens if I don't sign a listing in 100 days?
The 100-day guarantee covers that outcome directly: if you show up to your in-person appointments and do not sign a single listing within 100 days of your ads going live, you get a full refund on the program fee. The guarantee page explains exactly how the 100-day clock and the refund work.
Is pricing different for agents in Canada?
The three-part shape stays the same for Canadian agents: a program fee, a per-booked-appointment fee, and ad spend paid directly to Google, quoted in CAD instead of USD. The ISA team calls Canadian numbers directly, and the markets page covers how the system runs across US and Canadian markets.
