Consistent Listings runs Appointment Setting for team leaders through a US-based ISA team that calls every homeowner lead within minutes, runs an 10-point qualification, and books the confident ones onto whichever agent's calendar the leader has assigned. Most teams sign two to three listings in their first 100 days, and we guarantee at least one in writing or your money back.

  • A team appointment is only booked once the ISA confirms the homeowner will meet whichever agent takes the call, not just the leader.
  • The ISA team, not the leader or an in-house ISA, absorbs the evening and weekend follow-up that usually falls on the leader.
  • Leads that are real but not ready stay in nurture until they move, so agents never see them until they are worth a drive.
  • Routing is set by the leader, so appointments never default to one agent's calendar by accident.
  • A team's own in-house ISA can keep working the database while ours works only the leads the ads generate.

What a qualified appointment means for a team

Appointment Setting, our US-based ISA team, is the calling and qualification layer under a team's YouTube campaign. A homeowner watches the leader's video, clicks, fills in the landing page, and the lead routes to the ISA team with the ad and the answers attached.

For a team, qualified means something slightly more specific than it does for a solo agent: the homeowner has to be willing to meet in person with whoever the leader assigns, not only with the face from the video. The ISA sets that expectation on the call itself, before booking anything, so nobody arrives to a homeowner expecting someone else.

This page covers the calling layer specifically. YouTube ads for team leaders covers the campaign that generates the leads this team works.

The qualifying questions for a team's sellers

A team's ISA runs the same 10-point structure on every lead, with two questions written specifically for a multi-agent handoff.

QuestionGood answerWe do not book
Have you decided to sell, or are you still weighing it up?We have decided; we are working out timing.Just curious what it is worth
When would you ideally be moved out?A date inside the next 3 to 12 months. No timeline at all
Is anyone else on the title or part of the decision?Yes, and they are on board.A co-owner who has not agreed
Have you signed anything with another agent? No.Already listed with another agent
Would a 30-minute in-person visit with a member of the team work for you?Yes, here is a time.Does not want anyone to come in person
Is there anything about the home the agent should know before they come out?Shares a repair, a tenant or a deadline.Nothing, and refuses to say why they are selling

The visit question is the one that matters most for a team: it confirms the homeowner already understands a team member, not necessarily the leader, will show up.

How the first call goes for a team's leads

A homeowner who typed "best real estate team in [city]" or "what's my home worth" and then watched the leader's video is not a cold contact. The ISA opens by referencing the video, which is why the call is warm rather than a pitch.

The ISA runs through the 10-point qualification over roughly 10 to 15 minutes, listening for a decision already made, a timeline, agreement among any co-owners, and whether the homeowner is comfortable meeting in person with the team rather than only with the leader. If the homeowner pushes back on that last point, the ISA explains that the team's structure is exactly what lets someone answer the phone quickly and follow up consistently, which is the promise a team makes that a solo agent cannot.

Anyone who fails a point goes into nurture rather than onto a calendar. Nobody on the team drives to a home that was never going to sign.

Speed to lead and show rate on a team's calendar

Speed to lead matters more for a team than it might seem, because a slow first call is exactly the failure mode team leaders already know from portal leads shared with 3 to 5 other agents. Our US-based ISA team calls every lead within minutes, average speed to lead 48 seconds, before the homeowner has moved on to another tab.

Once booked, appointments are confirmed and synced to the assigned agent's calendar, with a show rate of 95% across the client base. For a team, that show rate is what turns a leader's decision to run ads into appointments the agents can actually count on showing up, rather than a name and a maybe.

What an agent knows before ringing the doorbell

Whoever the leader assigns to an appointment gets pre-appointment notes before they leave the office: the homeowner's motivation, timeline, situation and anything they mentioned about other agents. For a team, those notes also carry the routing decision itself, so the assigned agent knows this lead came from the team's own campaign and not a shared source.

That context changes how the visit starts. Instead of introducing the team from scratch, the agent walks in continuing a conversation the homeowner already started with the leader's video and the ISA's call.

What you do and what we do

The leader sets the routing rule once and reviews it as the team changes; the ISA team does the calling, qualifying, booking and nurturing every day after that.

An existing in-house ISA can keep working the team's own database while ours works only the leads the YouTube ads for team leaders campaign generates. Questions, answered

Will homeowners be upset if a different agent shows up than the one in the video?

The ISA tells every homeowner during qualification that a member of the team, not necessarily the leader, will come to the appointment, so nobody books an appointment under a false expectation. Homeowners who specifically want the leader can say so, and the leader decides whether to honour that or explain the team structure directly.

Can appointment setting work alongside an in-house ISA a team already has?

An existing in-house ISA can keep working the team's own database, referrals and past clients while the outside ISA team calls only the leads a YouTube campaign generates. Some teams also choose to route Appointment Setting's booked appointments through their in-house ISA for a final confirmation call, which is a routing choice the leader makes on setup.

How does routing work across multiple agents on one team?

The leader tells Consistent Listings the routing rule during onboarding, whether that is round robin, by zip code, by price band or leader discretion, and every qualified appointment is booked directly onto the matching agent's calendar with notes attached. The rule can be updated between campaigns without any change to how the ISA team qualifies leads.

What happens to leads that are not ready to book yet?

Leads who are real but not ready move into a call and text nurture cadence run by the ISA team, and they only reach an agent's calendar once their timeline moves and they qualify. Agents on the team never see a not-ready lead sitting untouched in a shared inbox, because the ISA team, not the agent, is responsible for that follow-up.
